My interest in holistic healthcare began in my formative years, when I first experienced the transformative benefits of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and reflexology. That experience shaped the direction of my career and led me to train in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture.
I hold a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Westminster, where I received multiple awards for outstanding achievement. My clinical training included placements at the University Polyclinic and the NHS Gateway Clinic in Lambeth Hospital. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
With over a decade in practice, my ongoing professional development has focused on women’s health, with specialist training in fertility, gynaecology, menopause, immune health, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. For the past five years I have worked exclusively with women, allowing me to refine my expertise and develop a deeper understanding of the female body and its unique needs.
Alongside acupuncture, I often use complementary therapies including visceral manipulation - a technique designed to address functional and structural imbalances throughout the body. By integrating these approaches, I aim to support both the energetic and physical aspects of health, creating tailored treatments that encourage lasting change.
I have worked in a variety of multidisciplinary settings, treating a broad range of health concerns. My approach is highly individualised - no two patients receive the same plan - because each person’s experience, body, and goals are unique. My aim is always to provide a safe, supportive space where women can feel understood and guided on their journey towards better health.
